My goal for the new year is to create a website devoted to every single member of our stuffed family. It will take a long time as it is a very big family, but it would be amazing, no?
Please welcome the newest member to the family, Mr. Cloud! He came home with us today and is now floating high.
Got the Christmas decorations out today.. Snowmen Brigade are out too! Every year they seem to grow.. not sure how that happens.. 
Our place is decorated with smiling pumpkins, ghoulish ghosts hanging from the ceiling and plenty of love. This is the best time of the year!
Our favorites, Friends With You, were showing for the last few weeks in New York at the Hole Gallery in the Lower East Side. We were able to make it there and hang out with the gang full of smiles. This was FWY’s first solo show in NYC.

Let’s get personal for a minute. On January 6th my childhood home, where my dad was living, caught on fire. To say the least, it’s quite a range of emotions that usually result in crying. My father was the last one to exit the houses (5 houses were on fire) and was saved by a fire fighter. The house is completely destroyed, it will be torn down, there’s not much left. My dad got out of the house with pants and a coat on one arm. I got on the first bus back to Pennsylvania and spent the last few days there. My dad is my everything so it’s been quite a journey. You always hear of stories like this and just think it’s sad, then when it happens to you and everything besides memories of your childhood are gone, you realize the destruction of it all. The memories will always be there though…..much love to my dad. <3
The first picture is the back of my brother’s old room where the fire is. I spent so much time in that room playing Nintendo and dancing to Beastie Boys and Debbie Gibson.
This is my bedroom and my brother’s bedroom. There is nothing left in them.

Today is the 1 year birthday for Brother Bear being with us! <3 our Brother Bear/ Magic Man/ Goose Egg / Mr Fluffy / Cheeks / other names he’s called.
Today is the 1 year anniversary/birthday of FiFi Bofinkles being with us!! A nice dinner awaits her…

MAKE is a quarterly, project-based magazine, it’s also a physical event series called "Maker Faire" a very popular website, a book series, a Maker SHED, a television show – but most of all, it’s a community of Makers who share their projects and skills. MAKE is what-you-MAKE-it. It’s a growing DIY movement of people who look at things a little differently and who just might spark the next generation of scientists, engineers and makers.
