I made this the other night and it was pretty delicious. Personally, I would suggest not using as many crackers.
2 (10 ounce) packages frozen chopped broccoli
8 ounces processed cheese food, shredded
1/4 pound butter
32 buttery round crackers, crushed
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2. Place broccoli in casserole dish and cover with cheese.
3. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter; add the cracker crumbs and stir until evenly coated. Sprinkle over cheese.
4. Bake for 30 minutes.
