What’s a girl to do with all this parsley growing in the garden?
Make yummy pesto of course!

This is really easy to make if you have alot of herbs. This can be made with parsley or basil.
1 cup of parsley – pack it in, make sure it’s a cup full
3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 cup walnuts
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1-2 capfuls of lemon juice
salt/pepper to taste
Collect your parsley. Everyday I google “What do I make with alot of parsley?”
Remove parsley from the stem. You should have about 1 cup when it’s packed in there.
Add in walnuts.
Add in parmesan cheese.
Also add in lemon juice and minced garlic. Give it a few spins in your food chopper/processor.
You want to get it to a creamy consistency.
Add olive oil and stir with spoon to blend.
Mix with egg noodles for a delicious dinner.
