Banana Bread

I made banana bread from scratch. I have to be honest, it was really good. Like 5AM wake up in the middle of sleep and I’m out scraping banana bread off a fork good. The best part was the moist top. Oh my, now I want to make more! I swear this isn’t that hard, it’s just a lot of ingredients. You can do it though! Just invite me over to share it with you. :-) I used this recipe minus a few tweaks.

Ingredients. Plus milk, I forgot to picture that.

Also apple sauce. I didn’t really like apple sauce but now I kinda do. If you use it for cooking, a tip is just to get these individual snack packs. They will last longer than the jar that you have to open and store.

The hardest part? Getting the bananas from looking like this..

Add walnuts! Lots of them. I like the bread nutty.

Put in dish and bake for 1 hour.
