Last night I made pizza casserole and it was everything dreams of pepperoni and cheese are made from!
Mix delicious egg noodles with pizza sauce, ground beef, garlic, green peppers, pepperoni, milk and put some mozzarella cheese on top. You will find yourself in pure delight.

I used this recipe here except no onions. Also I made it a bit in advance and kept it in the fridge for a few hours. We didn’t eat until about 1AM last night… that’s just how life has been the past few weeks.
I found these Little Barn egg noodles at the Amish market. I bought them off a teenage Amish girl who also sold me a homemade soft pretzel. They are the most amazing noodles. I’m not sure if they are actually Amish made, but I know you can buy them now in lots of stores. You need to try these.
You need these ingredients too. I enjoy Trader Joe’s. It’s true.
Fry your ground beef, pepper (from the garden!) and garlic.
I’m not going to lie, the smell of this will knock your socks off. You’ll have to stop and put your socks back on.
Egg noodles all drained.
Put in the oven for 20 minutes at 350. Take out and put cheese on top, I put back in the oven for 7 minutes then.
Yeah.. I know. Just take a few minutes and stare.
