Garden: Day 10

Today is Day 10 and the garden is getting it’s first official real rainfall. We checked on the garden before the rain started and this is how things are….

The carrots have started to rise! I wonder what it looks like under that soil.. :D )

Peas are doing good. I still have a few weeks to figure out a nice pea recipe.

The pumpkins are getting it’s leaves on them!!! Want to know something amazing? Matthew’s pumpkin he had last year lasted from Oct 09- May 10. RIP RAHM.

Strawberries have some new growth.

Here’s the brocoli and cauliflower that are growing inside for a few weeks. Sadly though it looks like Essy overtook the fence and got into these and killed some of the broccoli. :-(

2 of our tomato plants we’re not quite sure about. They had some bad leaves a few days ago and just didn’t look that healthy. They look a little better, so we’re hoping for the best, we’ve been nurturing them.
