Tonight I started Level 2 of the 30 Day Shred and I feel like I might die. Things: I thought I was going to throw up in the first 5 minutes, by the end there was SWEAT dripping off my chin. I don’t sweat really, so when I do you know I’ve just worked myself crazily. I feel like there is a big emphasis on strength in Level 2, with the push up/push outs.. and then everything else just appears to have some type of tension on your arms – I probably won’t even be able to lift my phone when I wake up in the morning (it sleeps beside me incase it gets scared). I’m hoping Level 2 won’t kill me as much as I fear, but we’ll see. PS. How hard are those (I don’t know technical name) leg exercises when you hold your weights above your body and then have to pull your legs straight up and down together? Gah, I yelled at Jillian.
