Tonight I cooked up half of the pak choi we picked this past weekend. Boy was it good! It was so soft, so fresh, so yummy. We put it with some carrots, bite size chicken pieces and white rice. What a delicious dinner.
Here’s the recipe I used for the seasoning. Basically at the end I just mixed the pak choi and carrots with the chicken and poured the sauce over them. Then I put it on top of rice. MMM.
