Crepe Time

I’ve never made a crepe, but now I want to.  Any suggestions or recipes?
Today I had a delicious crepe at Pates et Traditions.  MMMM: chicken, mushrooms, white wine, cream, swiss and parsley.
Now the kicker: I don’t even like swiss cheese, actually I really don’t like it, but melted inside, it was very good.  Don’t you hate when that happens?
This tasted just like our favorite chicken marsala recipe.. just a alternative idea. :)
