Our indoor hydroponic garden (aka window farm) is looking great. The lettuce continues to grow crazily, while the basil and cilantro catch up to it in size. We have some oregano starting in it now too. I don’t think there’s a better way of cooking than needing fresh herbs, walking a few feet, cutting it off, then putting into your dish. The smell too!
I continued my obsession with cilantro lime shrimp for lunch today and picked all the cilantro here.
