A few days ago I saw one soybean which looked semi full, so I thought “are they ready to be picked”?  So I picked one, and boiled one to test one.

Then  I sucked it dry and slurped those beans out.  BEST EDAMAME EVER.

So then yesterday and today I picked more.   They still have a few more days to bulk up, but I can’t control myself because they’re so good.
This was yesterday’s soybean harvest…

And this was today’s.

And tonight I just ate a big bowl of edamame for dinner.  It  made me so happy!
We literally have thousands more.. to get a idea of how many, this is one part of one plant.. of the 54 plants we have!
